４日（木）柔術クラス休講およびフリーマット開講のお知らせ

平素よりご厚意賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。

４日（木）19：00時からの柔術クラスですが、つしま先生が都合により来館できず、恐縮ながら休講とさせていただきます。

20：00時から柔術フリーマット時間として開館させていただきます。

通常と開館時間が変更となりますためご留意ください。

担当は田中さんとなります、何かの際は指示に従い、安全に留意しつつご参加下さい。

Dear members,

Tomorrow's 19:00 BJJ class will be closed since Prof.Tshushima cannot come to the studio due to a condition.

So, free mat time will be open from 20:00 to 22:00 on tomorrow.

The starting time is different from usual day, please be careful on it.

Tanaka san is charged as leader , so please follow his direction.

Also please be careful not to injure or have someone injure as everyone does as usual.
